Peace
Sometimes I get a little bit stressed out by all the drama going on in our world. It's at times like these that I head up into the canyons for a little quiet time. I walked across the stream on this log and then sat there for a while absorbing the sounds of nature...and nothing else. It was nice.

Millard Canyon...one of my favorites.
Interesting. I've heard a lot about it, it's quite close to where I live, but I've never hiked there. I have to go, but first it needs to cool off!
